Argan oil is sourced from the kernels of the argan tree, native to Morocco. The oil is extracted by hand, using traditional techniques, by local Berber women's cooperatives. These cooperatives are certified fair trade, ensuring that the women who produce the oil receive fair wages and good working conditions.
